Jesus led a successful Prison Break

Sin was the Prison

Satan was the warden

Praise the Lord 100 fold

Just quoting some of the quotes made in the service on Sunday

Church of Christ – Bride

Humans – Desperate Houswives

So basically , Seek ye first the Kingdom if God and his righteousness and all these things will be added unto you.

We have made the church into a place of – Lust, Gossip, Covert operations… We must change this and live as we ought to.

Carol Kiama, who gave us a wonderful message declared herself and Eric DOT artists after another jamaa came and vybed poetry in a style I have never heard before in real life. I forgot his name aaaaaahhhh!! Anyone who know please weka comment ya name yake. Pia Man like S. K Blue you are da bomb. Blessed be your message EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK!!!

Mahatma Ghandi Said… ‘My life is my message, I would rather see a sermon than hear one’

Anyway Friends,

The reading below teaches us about rules and codes that we should follow to keep holy and Godlike. Remember palz. we all aspire to be Godlike we want to be like Jesus, This is the best way to be.

Titus 2:6-14 (NIV)

6Similarly, encourage the young men to be self-controlled. 7In everything set them an example by doing what is good. In your teaching show integrity, seriousness 8and soundness of speech that cannot be condemned, so that those who oppose you may be ashamed because they have nothing bad to say about us.

9Teach slaves to be subject to their masters in everything, to try to please them, not to talk back to them, 10and not to steal from them, but to show that they can be fully trusted, so that in every way they will make the teaching about God our Savior attractive.

11For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men. 12It teaches us to say “No” to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age, 13while we wait for the blessed hope—the glorious appearing of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, 14who gave himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for himself a people that are his very own, eager to do what is good.

We shuould not jifanya to be Godly on Sunday only, Wasee na mamanzi, banaaa!!! Lets KEEP THE MESSAGE ALIVE ALL WEEK!!!

We must remember that Respect is earned – People!!! Lets live like the christians we ‘claim’ to be please lets us live Christ like lives. Let the person who is NOT you see you as a Follower of Christ, as a good example.

let us be FRONTRUNNERS and not ‘NNERZ…

Let us be sould in Faith, Love, and Endurance.

Ok Another list of quotes. Carol was soooooo fastI’ll just post what I picked:-

-If you are a perl you will attract People (Let your perl be the word of Christ)

-In out weakness, God is our strength and loves us Just the way we are

-Words are cheap substitutes for Actions (Good one Carol)

And this one came in song version I loved it…

Lord prepare me
To be a sanctuary
Pure and holy
Tried and true
With thanksgiving
I’ll be a living
Sanctuary, for you
When he comes in
Shouts of glory
And our time on
Earth is done
How I long to
Hear him saying
Faithful servent
Well done

Please post your comments. Please keep the message of Jesus Christ Alive!!!
Thank you all and thanks Carol for a lovely sermon (next time Slow down kiasi)

On Sunday the 19th…

Hi palz,

Hmmm the trip to Coasto with a better meaning than hanging around the beach and sounds like a good plan doesn’t it? Mathias introduced it and talked of;

-Outdoor adventure

-Visit three Childrens homes

-Ya… feel the coast breeze

Si that a good plan?

Halafu the story of CV’s. People want jobos but they dont know how to draft CV’s don’t be shy, just do what Carol told you go for the lessons, chora the CV and Pray, God will issue you with a smoothe jobiso.

Sammy, you need have some serious gender issues with the band!!! Men, men men!!! thats all I can say.

Ok to the topic that was of the day!!

Laura Gimaiyo, that was a rather interesting topic you chose to issue us with.

At first I wondered, is it that we are broken and are supposed to repair it? then as the sermon went on it hit me, brokeness is what I need to keep in the lord, Brokeness is a continous process in each of us. Meaning the brokeness of self so that life a spirit may show in us… I moy not have gotten Laura’s definition very well but please comment on it and correct me.

People after that sermon are you broken? are you in the service of the lord, Did our lovely Bishop/Pastor/Student/Intern/Mr/Mrs/Other  Get the message to you and touch you?

We must understand that there is bila an easy way out in being a christian, The life we live is Gods and He has given us the ability to make choices.

Psalms 51:10-12 (NIV)

10 Create in me a pure heart, O God,
and renew a steadfast spirit within me.

11 Do not cast me from your presence
or take your Holy Spirit from me.

12 Restore to me the joy of your salvation
and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me.

Laura also stressed parts to plan  for brokeness

1. Read the bible.

2. Understand our circumstances

3. Be part of the body of Christ.

Please add your comemnts to this and lets understand where we where left out. I sure hope this forum picks up and you guyz help me in KEEPING THE SUNDAY MESSAGE ALIVE.

Yep it was Sunday 12th November

Dear beloved Runnerzzzz,

Are you blest in christ? I am 100% sure you are if you managed to get here.

This is the day that our speaker, Gibson declared Pasi Tony an Oboho!!! But Gibson went ahead and gave us a very touching message on love.

I was touched by the fact that not many pple acknowledged that fact that in many of our homes, then, and even today, the qualification for love is clearly based on performance in school. Wasee wakipass, there is cash for movies available, younger ones suddenly stary getting bicycles, Over Easter, mnaona Easter egg na alama ya mshangao!!!

Now you try and fail…

Parent: Where are you going?

You: To hook up with Jess mom.

Parent: Who even told you to think that this house has a door out and you know very well you are looking after your brothers and sister?

You: But Mom si Rhoda (house help) is around

Parent: Shut up and do as I say

Ya and on that holiday is bila cash and has loads of murrum.

Anyway Does anyone remember the three most powerful words? Please if you do send them in as a comment and lets compare notes.

Today is Wednesday I am straining to put together what Gibson said, in fact the reason I started this blog is so that I can keep the message alive and I need all your help PLEASEEEE!!!

Remember Mat 15:8?

‘These people honor me with their lips,
but their hearts are far from me.

Can someone please put into context!!

Then we mentioned ha ha ha the cheap chocolates and flowers. Jamaaz I know we don’t have money trees at home, Please ukipata bei nafuu, Just keep it to your self… IT’S THE THOUGHT THAT COUNTS. Not the fact that you will doea cole fees to buy chocos. Remember our relationship with God is wayyyy more important than other relationships you are willing to doea illegal funds for. God knows those who we claim to love and the cost of gifts has not much to do with it.

Haya kisha the story of a guy breaking eggs in mid sermon… GIBSON!!! Duhhh!!! I had hatad breko banaaaaa!!! so you can imagine. But now we all know that operating under pressure however strong we may be is not a bed of roses, pressure is not lenient (ya sisi ni softi) on us humans. People I need your feedback on this issue of pressure please.

Pasi Tony has a sista… errr emmm Systerrr. When you get sick Go to Portsmouth General,  its not far siku hizi kuna budget airoplanes Kenya.  Have you all a blessssssssssed week and please…Runnerz Keep the Word Alive.

Kat aka Jona.

Be you all with Jesus.

Niaje Wasee Wa Jesus

Trust you are all Blest

This maskan is for guyz to vybe storo of what cut in church on Sunday. Share with each other the Pasi’s vybe so that by the next Sunday, guyz are back up to date and wasee hawajasahau message ya Sir God. Truth of the matter… you jamaaz and demzes will find this rather interesting. Anytime pasi Tony (REVEREND TONY KIAMA) as they call him on Metro’s “Angaza” (pasi ni mdosi) gives us a sugu message we can come to this forum and disect it so as to gain each others understanding.

Si hii plan ni besht? Yaani we will keep Jesus message alive all week and kama sermon is in series, wasee hawataforget. Msee ikifika sato atakuwa akijua pahali sermon ya last Sunday ilikatikia.

You are allowed to comment in sheng, english, kimombo, kiswahili, lugha ya wasungu, etc. Kindly do not be rude, be polite and trust in Sir Jesus to help you in all you do.
